How it works

1. 1Browse the catalog and add the accounts you need to your cart.
2. 2Checkout with bank transfer, MoMo, or your ShopAcc balance.
3. 3Receive delivery info to your email and contact channel — usually within 30 minutes.
4. 4If anything is wrong, we replace it within the product's warranty window.

Warranty policy

Every product lists its own warranty window (24h, 7-day, 30-day, etc.). During that window, we will replace any account that fails to log in through the standard flow. Warranty does not cover misuse, region bans, or violations of the platform's terms after handover.
